Job Description
Client seeks Licensed Practical Nurse for front/back office contract assignment starting ASAP-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Allegan, MI. Clinic sees ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits, & Occupational Medicine issues including Worker's Compensation evaluations and follow-up visits. Duties will include greeting and rooming patients, checking them in and out, taking vitals and handling patient testing, giving injections and immunizations, drawing blood, scheduling appointments, and assisting the provider as needed. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic is staffed with providers, an MA/LPN, and a receptionist. Provider must have at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic environment, to qualify for this assignment. Athena EMR experience is a plus.
