Overview:
Our senior care community in Cincinnati is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medication administration, assessments, and care planning for residents. New graduates and experienced LPNs are both encouraged to apply.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Full-time, 3-day work week, flexible scheduling
- Day shift: 7 AM–7 PM
- Night shift: 7 PM–7 AM
- Competitive pay: $28–32 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications
- Conduct resident assessments
- Develop and update care plans
- Provide treatments as ordered
- Communicate with families and physicians regarding resident care
Qualifications:
- Active, current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Ohio
- Compassionate, optimistic, and willing to learn
- Strong relationship-building skills with families and co-workers
