Overview:
Our practice in Tampa is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform urodynamic testing and support clinic operations. This role offers a flexible schedule and strong work-life balance.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Flexible, averaging 10 days per month
• Competitive pay: $325 per day worked (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up clinical equipment and examination rooms for patient visits and urodynamic procedures
• Perform urodynamic testing according to established protocols, ensuring accurate data collection and patient safety
• Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and relevant clinical information prior to procedures
• Enter test results, clinical notes, and other patient information accurately into the EMR
• Educate patients on procedures, provide pre- and post-test instructions, and respond to basic questions
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, functionality, and readiness, reporting any issues promptly
• Support providers during examinations and procedures, assisting with clinical tasks within LPN scope
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards to maintain a compliant clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Active, current, and unrestricted LPN licensure in Florida
• Current BLS certification required, or obtainable within a specified timeframe
• Additional certifications or training in urology, continence care, or diagnostic testing preferred
