Job Description
LPN needed October 16 & 19 at a Corporate Health clinic in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Clinic sees patients ages 2+ for primary care & acute episodic care issues. LPN will be administering flu shots and performing biometric screenings. Clinic hours are 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute break. Nurse must have 2+ years of clinical experience plus recent immunization experience for this position.
