Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Gastroenterology clinic team in Great Falls, MT. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to clinic patients while working within the scope of LPN licensure.
The LPN will act as a key liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff, ensuring smooth coordination of care and an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care following established clinical standards
- Take and record vital signs
- Triage patient phone calls and address concerns appropriately
- Process prescription refills
- Complete prior authorizations
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Support clinic workflow and assist team members as needed
- Provide guidance to CNAs and Schedulers
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current State LPN license (or eligible upon acceptance)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Knowledge of current state and federal licensure requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Experience
- Less than 1 year of experience accepted (new grads welcome)
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Full-Time hours
- No holiday coverage required
