We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication administration and treatments, with excellent documentation skills. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their well-being.

- Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing care provided, including medication administration and residents' responses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best nursing practices.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in medication administration and treatments.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Experience working in an assisted living facility is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work various shifts as needed.
