We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing healthcare team in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care to adult and geriatric patients, including underserved populations, within a supportive and collaborative primary care environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide recuperative nursing care, including monitoring vitals
- Perform wound care and medication administration (med pass)
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
- Accurately document patient information and communicate with care teams
- No assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs!)

Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license
- 2+ years of LVN experience
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Experience with adult or geriatric patients preferred
- Experience working with underserved populations preferred
