Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as permitted by state scope of practice

- Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning
- Support activities of daily living and patient comfort needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other staff to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- Active LPN license required
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and a rotating weekly schedule
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care
- Must be able to meet all compliance requirements prior to assignment
