Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Coordinator

We’re hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Coordinator in Beverly, Massachusetts who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and strong benefits.
You’ll step into a primarily outpatient role focused on coordinating home care services for older adults. While most care is clinic-based, you’ll provide home visits when needed. You’ll work closely with Occupational Therapy and the nursing team, with autonomy to assess patient needs and recommend updates to care plans.
You’ll practice in Beverly, Massachusetts, a scenic coastal community on the North Shore known for its welcoming atmosphere and proximity to Boston.
