Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed Near Meredith, NH - ASAP Start!

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to join a prominent Long Term Care facility near Meredith, NH!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents. You will assist in medication administration, perform assessments, implement care plans, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents on a daily basis.

Compensation for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN:

• Pay Range: $43hr. - $46hr.
• Weekly Pay - Paid Via Direct Deposit every Friday morning while on assignment!

Schedule: (Please Choose One)

• 8 HR Nights (11:00PM - 7:00AM)
  
• 12 HR Nights (7:00PM-7:00AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
• 13 Week Assignment with possibility of multiple extensions

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN:

• Active New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
• 1-2+ Year Experience in Long Term Care Setting
• MUST be COVID Vaccinated or Provide Medical/Religious Exemption

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper techniques.
• Performing routine assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while promoting resident independence and dignity.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
