Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Greenwood, IN
Overview:
Our team is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support adults in a structured day program setting. This role focuses on providing hands-on patient care, supporting daily needs, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment for individuals with a range of health conditions.
Position Offers:
• Part-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Competitive pay of $30–$35 per hour (DOE)
• No nights or major holidays
• Consistent weekday schedule

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and complete routine health checks
• Monitor and document patient status and vital signs
• Support daily living activities as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with patient care needs throughout the day
• Work collaboratively with the care team
• Promote a safe and structured environment
• Provide general patient support in a day program setting
Qualifications:
• Current Indiana LPN license
• Experience in long-term care, behavioral health, assisted living, or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfortable supporting patients with daily care needs
• Ability to work independently within a team-based environment
