We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty care for a medically complex but stable client near Federal Way. This is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive, calm home setting—plus, it comes with flexible scheduling and benefits!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care to a 31-year-old male client with developmental delays (approx. 75 lbs, similar in size to a 5–6-year-old)
- Assist with repositioning and scoliosis support using pillows
- Administer medications via G-tube and nebulizer
- Operate vest therapy and perform suctioning as needed
- Provide PRN medications between scheduled doses
- Occasionally assist with light household tasks like laundry

Schedule Options:
- Day Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday + every other weekend
- Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN license in Washington
- Experience with respiratory care
- A kind, patient, and dependable presence who’s comfortable with both clinical and basic home care
