| Santa Maria | CA | 93455 | LVN or RN | G-tube/Trach/Vent | Th and Fri PMs | Monday-Wednesday-Friday 3pm-11pm. Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm | LVN $30-$37 RN $38-$42hr | Pediatric male (3)- High Acuity - Female nurses only |
| San Luis Obispo | CA | 93455 | LVN or RN | G-tube/Trach/Vent | Sat and Sun | Saturday 7am-3pm and Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm | LVN $30-$37 RN $38-$42hr | Pediatric female (13) - female nurse only - experienced nurse only (family will not accept a novice) |
