We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to join a prominent Home Health agency near Pierce County, WA (Tacoma)!

As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to multiple patients per day in the comfort of their own home! If you have experience visiting multiple patients per day in a home setting and you are dedicated to delivering compassionate care, we encourage you to apply for this lucrative position.

• 95,000/ Year + Mileage Reimbursement (paid out weekly via direct deposit every Friday morning)
• Mileage (per mile from first patient to last patient per day)Additional benefits provided.

• Start Date: Within 2 Weeks
• Monday - Friday 8 HR Days
• Territory: NW Tacoma (Ruston, UP, and GH)
• No Weekends Required ( Call As Needed)
• Length: 13 Week Contract (With Multiple Extensions Possible)
• Productivity: 30-35 Points per week - 6-7 Visits Per Day on Avg.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license in Washington
• 1-2+ years of recent experience in Home Health (not Private Duty)
• Experience Visiting Multiple Patients Per Day in a home setting (not facility)
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR Experience Required
