Open Shift: Monday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Location: Goodyear 85395
Acuity: G-Tube, Trach
Open Shift: Saturday 3pm – 11pm or 9:00 pm – 5:00 am
Location: Tolleson 85353
Acuity: G-Tube
Open Shifts: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday night 8:00 pm - 6:00 am
Location: Tolleson 85353
Acuity: G-Tube
Open Shifts: Sundays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Surprise 85388
Acuity: G-Tube/ TPN
Open Shift: Thursdays 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Buckeye 85326
Acuity: G-Tube/ TPN
Open Shift: Tuesday and Thursdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Glendale 85308
Acuity: G-Tube / Oxygen Setup
Available Shifts: Tuesday’s 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Open Shift: Saturday, Sunday 6:00 am – 4:00 pm

Acuity: Autism, diabetic management
Open Shifts: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

Acuity: Cath
Open Shifts: Every other Sunday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
