Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week contract assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
Requirements
- Active LPN License in New Hampshire or Compact License.
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience Required.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
