Patient is primarily non-verbal but communicates with select words & cueing. Patient has limited ROM & Ambulates with assistance, requires use of Wheelchair for outings. Typical care will consist of G-tube feeds, medications & care, Trach maintenance & suctioning, personal care/changing/bathing & ADL assistance. Nurses must be willing to get flu vaccine during flu season. |
