Patient has an area in the living room with toys and things for his care, most of his care/treatments would take place upstairs in his bedroom. Care for Patient would consist of keeping him safe as he is blind, Gtube feeds, and some oral liquids/purees |

Patient is ambulatory with age-appropriate vocalizations. Requires care for G-tube feeds/meds, personal care, ambulation assistance, therapy assistance & other cares as ordered. Very happy, fun kiddo! Transported via staff for appointments, etc. Mom does request non smoker and request nurse lives in non smoking household as well. Patient and family very sensitive. |
