Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty | Troy, MI | Part-Time Weekends

A private-duty client in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a compassionate, professional Licensed Practical Nurse to join its team in a flexible part-time role. Position Offers

• Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour
• Part-time, flexible weekend schedule
• Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Choice of every weekend or every other weekend
• One-on-one patient care in a private-duty setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a patient in the home setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Monitor vital signs and observe changes in the patient's condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Follow the patient's individualized plan of care
• Report changes in condition to the supervising RN, physician, and family as appropriate
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities as needed
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Michigan LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in home health, private duty, med-surg, rehab, geriatrics, or related specialties preferred
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
