Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* M-F Days + weekend rotation, 32 hours/wk guaranteed
* 25 visit minimum expected
* LPN must have at least 1 year of recent HH experience
* Active FL LPN License, BLS, and AHCA Level II clearance required
* Call is 3 days per month
* IV and would experience is preferred
