* 8 weeks, ASAP start
* M-F, 8a-5p
* Must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience
* Prefer candidates who have experience in wound care
* MO or Compact LPN License and BLS required
* HCHB experience preferred
* Will travel up to 300 miles per week, covering Greene County
