The Position: Our Client is looking for an Infection Control LPN to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Current Tennessee LPN License
  • Infection Control Experience
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, timely, and cost-effective patient care.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for coordinating the Infection Control Program which includes daily surveillance; analysis of data; monitoring patient infections; developing reports, policies and procedures; staff education; ensuring adherence to infection control policy and collecting and completing all mandatory and regulatory reporting.

* Participate in infection prevention and control education of employees during orientation and annually thereafter, including just in time training on infection prevention and control practices, isolation protocols, hand hygiene and employee health
