LVN/LPN Per Diem Pool – Dallas, TX and Marble Falls, TX
Rate & Benefits:
Bill Rate: $40.00/hour
Mileage: Reimbursed at current IRS rate, calculated between patient visits
Shifts: 8-hour shifts
No Guaranteed Work Week (strictly Per Diem/PRN)
Assignment Details:
Location: Dallas, TX and Marble Falls, TX – patient homes (continuous care)
Orientation: 1–2 days in office, then field work
Work: Driving to patients’ homes to complete hospice visits within assigned territory
Requirements:
Must have Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience
Minimum 1 year Home Health and/or Hospice experience within the last 3 years
