LPN - Patient Homes - Team 130 - Patients located in Bonita Springs & Fort Myers - (Bonita Springs Office)
Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills and minimum 1 year nursing experience required. Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday, plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Must be willing to be trained and float to work other Hope Service Areas to meet organizational needs.
