Client seeking LVN/LPN for contract assignment in Waterford, NY from ASAP - March 31. Hours are 1 - 2 days a week, 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees for occupational health, acute care, receptionist duties, rooming patients, vitals, OHM documentation, vaccines, blood draws, and hearing tests. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
