Overview:
Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role supports patient care in a long-term care and pediatric setting. This position focuses on delivering safe, high-quality nursing services including medication administration and routine treatments. The role requires strong clinical experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced care environment.

Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday–Friday with every other weekend rotation
Competitive pay: $40–$43 per hour (DOE)
Long-term care and pediatric patient population

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Provide routine wound care and general nursing support
Monitor and assist with patients requiring specialized care needs
Support pediatric and long-term care patient populations
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required
Long-term care experience preferred; pediatric experience a plus
Current TB test within the last year
Valid physical examination required
Current BLS certification required
