We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our specialty practice in Plano, Texas. This role emphasizes providing high-quality patient care, supporting physicians in clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare exam rooms with necessary equipment and supplies for physician use
- Assist in surgical procedure preparation, following sterile techniques and protocols
- Document patient information and updates in the electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Manage prescription refills efficiently according to practice protocols
- Provide direct patient care under physician supervision, following clinical guidelines
- Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document findings accurately
- Educate patients and their families on procedures and health management
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:
- Active LVN license in Texas
- Experience in a specialty practice preferred
- Proficient in EMR charting and documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
