Position Purpose: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) assist in providing excellent patient care by assisting physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office settings. Performs a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by the physician.

Hours/Shift: Full Time/Days - 6:30 am - 5:00 pm M-Th

Qualifications:

• LPN Candidates
  • Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing program and High school or Equivalent
  • Current, valid Arizona LPN license or compact state LPN/LVN license
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification

Work Requirements:

• Able to distinguish appropriate colors, ability to work above or below shoulder level, life to 50 pounds, and walk or be on feet 90% of the day
• Expected duties have routine potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, to chemicals, biological, and radioactive substances
