Position Overview

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: 8-hour Nights (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)

Schedule: Every other weekend required

Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Unit Size: 40-bed units
-
EMR: PointClickCare (PCC)
Role & Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within a 40-bed unit.

Manage a diverse patient population, including Medical-Surgical (MS), Orthopedic, Dementia, and Memory Care residents.

Must be willing to float to all units within the same building based on facility needs.

Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient status accurately using PointClickCare.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of resident safety and comfort.
Requirements
-
Experience: 1+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care (LTC).

Licensure: Active New York (NY) LPN License.
-
Certification: Current BLS certification.
-
Flexibility: Willingness to float and work rotating weekends.
