Overview:
Our school in Keene is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a pediatric student throughout the school day. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support a child's health, safety, and ability to thrive in a stable, school-based environment.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–3:15 PM, following the school calendar (off on school holidays, vacations, and closures)
• Competitive pay: $36.00–42.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care to a student throughout the school day
• Administer medications and closely monitor for seizure activity
• Perform G-tube feedings and provide routine G-tube care
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor for changes in the student's condition
• Assist with transfers, standing, toileting, mobility, and overall student safety
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation addressing the student's individualized healthcare needs

Qualifications:

• Active, current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in New Hampshire
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience
• Experience with G-tubes, seizure management, and medically complex pediatric patients preferred
• Compassionate and comfortable providing dedicated one-on-one pediatric care in a school setting
