Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Mental Health

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing Behavioral Health team. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and medication administration under the direction of an RN or physician
- Provide routine nursing care and respond appropriately to urgent patient needs
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or provider
- Document patient care, treatments, and observations accurately in the medical record
- Support the implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with Behavioral Health Assistants and clinical team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Joint Commission standards, and quality guidelines

Qualifications:
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or medical-surgical settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
