Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patient withdrawal symptoms using CIWA/COWS protocols and report changes in condition
Administer medications and complete scheduled medication passes under RN supervision
Monitor vital signs and communicate patient status updates to clinical staff
Assist with intake assessments for detox and residential admissions
Document patient care, observations, and interventions accurately in the EMR
Provide education to patients regarding detox process and medications
Support nursing staff and residential units with day-to-day patient care needs
Maintain timely and accurate shift documentation and communication

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
Experience in detox, behavioral health, or inpatient settings preferred (training provided)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical observation skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team environment
