Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care
Job Summary:
The LPN provides basic nursing care to long-term care residents, including medication administration, monitoring health, and assisting with daily activities, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor residents’ health, report changes, and document care.

Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, mobility).

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.

Ensure patient safety and follow infection control protocols.
Requirements:

Licensure: Valid LPN license.

Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

Experience: Previous LTC experience preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
