Estimated Traveler Pay:
- Weekly Gross: $1,636
- Weekly Taxable: $600
- Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,036
- Hourly Taxable Rate: $15.00
- Blended Hourly Rate: $40.90
- Overtime Rate: $22.50

Start date is typically within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements.
Contract Dates:
06/22/2026 – 09/23/2026
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of LPN experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience accepted
- Long Term Care experience preferred
License & Certification Requirements
- Active New York LPN/LVN License required
- BLS Certification (AHA) required
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab setting. The clinician will primarily work on the Sub Acute Rehab floor caring for patients with dementia, diabetes, chronic illnesses, and other long-term care conditions. Experience with PointClickCare/eMAR systems is preferred.

- No on-call requirement
- Daily OT after 24 hours
- Weekly OT after 48 hours
