LPN / LVN – Long-Term Care
Specialty/Department: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Shift: Evening, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 37.5 guaranteed hours/week; Sunday–Saturday schedule; every other weekend required
Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours / Weekly OT after 48 hours, based on applicable multiplier
Call: None
Floating: Required within the same building
EMR: PointClickCare
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC facility experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- Long-Term Care experience is mandatory
- Experience with PointClickCare preferred/required based on assignment
- Experience caring for patients with MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory-care needs
License & Certification Requirements
- Active New York LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Nursys license verification showing active NY LPN license and all active licenses
- Valid driver's license with address matching candidate demographics
Submission Requirements
- Updated resume documenting 1+ year of LTC experience and travel experience
- Specialty-matched skills checklist
- Current BLS
- Nursys license verification
- Valid driver's license
- RTO must be disclosed at submission
Job Summary
LPN/LVN needed for a 13-week Long-Term Care assignment in Utica, New York. The role provides nursing care to an LTC population that may include patients with multiple sclerosis, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory-care needs.
The assignment is scheduled for evening shifts from 2:30 PM–10:30 PM with 37.5 guaranteed hours per week. Every other weekend is required, and the LPN may float within the same building as needed.
