LPN / LVN — Long-Term Care
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Shift: Days, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Job Type: Contract — Local & Travel
Start Date: September 14, 2026
End Date: December 11, 2026
EMR: PointClickCare
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
- Active New York LPN license
- BLS certification
- PointClickCare experience
- Travel experience required
Additional Details
- Every other weekend required
- Floating required within the same building
- Scrub color: Navy Blue
- Block scheduling is not guaranteed
- Local candidates within 75 miles accepted at local rate
- RTO must be provided at submission
- Daily OT after 24 hours
- Weekly OT after 48 hours
