Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview:
Our well-established specialty practice in Detroit is seeking an LPN to play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality patient care while learning advanced urodynamic testing skills. Our permanent position offers a flexible schedule, full training, and a generous daily rate in a stable, supportive clinical environment.

Position Offers:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform urodynamic testing and related procedures under physician direction, following established protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining steps and ensuring comfort and safety
• Collect, document, and record clinical data and test results in the EMR
• Assist with room setup and equipment preparation for diagnostic procedures
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Support providers during exams and procedures, ensuring efficient patient flow and infection control
• Monitor patients for changes in condition during and after procedures, escalating concerns as needed
• Support scheduling, follow-up coordination, and patient education

Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license in Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Experience in an outpatient or specialty practice setting preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Comfortable learning new procedure-based technical skills
