Position Summary: We’re seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join a federal healthcare facility in Fort Worth, Texas. In this full-time role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, and partner with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety and wellness. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations
• Monitor patient conditions, take vital signs, and promptly report changes in health status
• Provide wound care and help manage chronic health conditions
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and medications in the electronic health record
• Educate patients on medications, wellness, treatment plans, and self-care
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans
• Follow infection prevention procedures, maintain a safe care environment, and respond quickly to urgent situations

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse license
