- Diverse Deliveries: Contribute to a hospital performing 130-150 deliveries annually. Midwives handle first deliveries unless otherwise requested by the patient. The hospital is equipped to handle V-Backs, multiples, and select high-risk cases.
- Shared Call: Embrace a reasonable 1:3 call schedule. Call can be taken from the comfort of your home, and the schedule is collaboratively built by the team.
