Job Description
Here is what we are looking for
4 Shifts per week (10 hour shifts)
2 clinic shifts and 2 call shifts for a flat rate.
Please include the flat pay rate required for the two call shifts.
30 deliveries a month on average.
Most of the time when a provider is on call, they are called for triage and do not need to come in for the triage unless there is a high-risk situation.
The RN staff can complete medical screening exams to rule out labor and have a phone consult with the provider on call.
If a patient is admitted for labor, the provider will come in for delivery or if there is concern about the mother or fetal status. Most of the labors are managed by the RN staff with providers available.
For the call, most of the time it is a phone call.
