Job Description
Our organization is looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our staff. As a team member, you will play a vital role in helping community members receive access to a health care center that provides quality affordable medical services. Established in 1993, our health center is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization specializing in primary care for the uninsured, low-income, Medicaid reliant and those finding barriers to traditional health care. Our team is focused on wellness, disease prevention, and education while providing medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical and dental services.
The health center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable high quality health and dental care to the residents of our area. We offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for the uninsured and also accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
