About the AREA:
Located on the East Coast of Florida near West Palm Beach and Stuart, FL area.
About the GROUP:
Group is a private, non-profit, Federally Qualified Community Health Center with multiple locations. Our focus is on chronic disease management and preventive care/screenings, inclusive of Women’s Health Services. Laboratory services, Care Management, and Social Services enrollment assistance are available on site. We are Joint Commission accredited and all of our primary care sites are recognized by NCQA as level 3 Patient Centered Medical Homes. We use the Athena EHR system.
About the POSITION:
Full scope OB/GYN care
Will be on staff at two hospitals, but based at one for deliveries
Will work with 6 OB/GYNs and 5 other CNMs
Clinic is open M 8a-6p; T, W, H - 8a - 5p, and F 8a - 4p
Call is shared among providers
