Candidate must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and received the booster when applicable. Our priority needs are for part-time adjunct clinical faculty to accompany students in the obstetrics/mother/baby, psych/mental health, geriatric and medical/surgical clinical rotations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Residency in the greater San Diego area
• Unrestricted California RN and/or APRN license
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
• Current nursing experience (one full year of clinical experience within the last five years)
• The ability to create and maintain an environment that emphasizes learning and encourages free discussion of ideas and critical thinking.

The preferred candidate will have:

• Graduate degree in Nursing (Master of Science in Nursing or higher)
• 1 year precepting or teaching experience with nursing students
