Job Description
* Must have at least one year experience in primary care
* Flexible schedule – 4 or 5 day schedule available
* Provide on call coverage within the primary care group; approximately 1:8
* Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff
* Participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives
* Competitive salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity
* Will share in bonus awards based on participation in quality or utilization programs from various insurers
