Job Description
Locum Source is working with an Addiction Medicine clinic that is in need of APP coverage 2-5 days a week. The clinic is accepting Family Medicine, Psych, and Addiction Medicine app providers. I’ve included additional details below.
DATES:
As soon as credentialed – December 16, 2022
SCHEDULE:
2-5 days per week
Flexible schedule
SETTING:
Comprehensive Treatment Centers within 35 minutes drive from another
Average of 10-15 patients per day
Solo position with support from LPNs
The clinic uses both Methadone and Buprenorphine
EMR is Smart
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified
Active Washington license
X waiver - preferred
BENEFITS:
