Responsibilities:
- Patient assessment and diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical history, substance use patterns, and mental health evaluations to diagnose addiction and co-occurring conditions.
- Treatment planning and management: Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, oversee withdrawal management, and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.
- Coordination of care and follow-up: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, refer patients to specialized services, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Active IN license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
