Oregon NP/PA Addiction Medicine Locums Opening
- Need a locum for a part time position, 6/19-7/17
- 6 hours per day, 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
- Temp to perm opportunity.
- Must be a candidates LOCAL to Medford.
- Clinic type: Methadone, Suboxone, Subutex
- EMR : SMART
- Locum is solo provider onsite, however Medical Director is available via phone
- Support staff : LPN onsite and also Counselors. MD available via phone
- Patients per day? Varies. Will be seeing intakes, and also patients for Annuals.
- - Would you take a doctor or only an NP? NP/PA preferred
- - Do you require any special certifications, like suboxone x waiver? Preferred not required.
