Job Description

A Bariatric Surgery NP/PA opportunity is available in the Myrtle Beach, SC area working with a Weight Loss team within a large medical group.

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Weight Loss/Bariatric team - assist with surgical cases, inpatient care, and outpatient follow-ups
Work closely with surgeons to enhance surgical efficiencies
Pre/Post Op management, conducting consultations, and providing patient education
Mon-Fri - 4.5 days patient care and .5 day admin time per week
No weekend or call responsibilities
Support for bariatric surgeon and robotic surgeries, assisting in advanced procedures
EMR used is Cerner
Variable patient volume based on surgical caseload and clinic needs
Broad age range of surgical patients
