(Archived) NP Cardiothoracic Surgery Coverage Need in Indiana: April - Ongoing
Job Description
Locum Source is working with a facility in north-central Indiana that is looking for qualified NPs that will work alongside attending Cardiothoracic Surgeons (CTS) in caring for patients before, during, and after open heart procedures.
DATES:
Immediate - ongoing
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm
E/O nights call is determined upon arrival
SETTING:
Inpatient/Outpatient
Average 10 patients per day; 5-8 inpatient
EMR is NextGen & Epic
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in Surgery, Write Prescriptions, Rounding, Order Tests, Pre-Op Physical Exams, Suture Removal, Vein Harvesting
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Indiana license
COVID Vaccination
ANNP
Experience in Maquet Vein Harvesting
Must be able to first assist
Local candidate - preferred
