CT Surgery Physician Assistant | Locum Needed in Virginia
Job Details:
- Mon-Fri in OR and some outpatient clinic coverage, Weekend rounding and call support
- Shift types- M-F (7a-3:30p in hospital and weekend rounding and call
- Team is made up of 4 surgeons, 1 Surgical PA and 6 APC's.
- Team performs general open heart cases as well as min. invasive valvular cases, LVAD's, Impella's.
- Caseload: 100% adult; 10% outpatient & 90% inpatient
- Provider will be first assist in surgery, assist with consults, admissions and discharges
- Must be Covid vaccinated
- EMR System: Epic
Full Credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days; Temporary privileges available in 30 days
Board Certified - REQUIRED
VA License - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
Experience - REQUIRED
